The Elite Club Benefits include one complimentary dinner for new members, free local calls, early check in and late check out privileges, special discount rates, special promotions, and advanced notification of special event dates for a $20 annual membership fee.
Accumulating Reward Points is easy! Points are earned based on room revenue dollars. Each dollar spent earns 10 points for Rack and Special Event rates (excluding Football and May Graduation.) Each dollar earns 5 points for Discounted Rates. Elite Club members also earn 1 point for every dollar spent on food revenue (when charged to the guestroom bill.)
Available Rewards are offered in different point increments.

2,500 points~$25 rebate coupon, not redeemable during special events

- Reservations must be made directly through the hotel, via telephone or www.athertonhotel.net
- Special Atherton Club rate cannot be combined with other discounts or promotions and does not earn points
- You may earn points for up to 2 rooms per nightat the hotel.
- Reservations paid by group master billing arrangements are not eligible to earn points
- Points expire 1 year after earn date and cannot be redeemed toward room rates during special events
- Local calls (excluding directory assistance and toll calls) are free
- Points will be calculated monthly
- Free nights and free meals will not earn points
- Annual membership fees will be charged on the anniversary of your application date
- Members must have a stay posted on their membership within 1 calendar year in order to continue membership. Cancellation of membship voids all points earned
- Rewards are subject to terms, conditions and availability. Reward levels may change at any time without notice
- Management may discontinue the program at any time, with or without prior notice
